- Any Reports, X-Rays, MRI, CT Scan & Other Relevant Information
What to Expect
- Personal Consultation and Evaluation with Dr. Clare
- On-Site X-Rays, typically taken in a standing position to assist in determining your diagnosis
- Discussion of Non-Surgical & Surgical Treatment
- On-Site Bracing or Casting if needed
- Facilitation of Additional Studies (MRI, CT Scan, etc), Physical Therapy, Home Exercises, Orthotics, Other Specialty Consultations
- Ample Opportunity to Ask Questions / Understand your Condition & Treatment Options
Cancellation of an Appointment
- Call the office during business hours with at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment slot to another patient.
